Getting Started

We have prepared a Fast Start Guide for you which will get you up and running in no time whatsoever.

You can choose to design your website from scratch but there is a wealth of beautiful templates you can use, as shown in the Fast Start Guide.

Once you have deleted this page you can find all the tutorials inside your dashboard by clicking on the Help Dropdown in the upper right corner.

Support

We are always here to assist you. You will find the support menu button in your site’s dashboard on the left-hand side. You can open a support ticket over there.

Linking your domain to your website

If you are on a paid plan you can link your domain name to your website.

You can do this by logging into your domain registrar’s website and changing your DNS settings.

Here is a GoDaddy Tutorial on how to do this.

You should basically create an A record and point your-domain-name.com to 174.138.44.148

IMPORTANT: Set the TTL value (as seen in the GoDaddy Tutorial) to 600 seconds. This will make your domain name link to your website in the quickest time.

Ask your domain registrar for help if you do not know how to do this.

Once that is done you should open a support ticket with your domain name so that we can connect your domain to your website on our side.

Your Privacy Policy

Please take note that it is important to update your Privacy Policy since this is required in some parts of the world.

You can learn more about how to do this by going to your dashboard, clicking on Settings on the left, and then on Privacy.
